Ema

Ema has been working at the shelter since February 2024. She shares her home with a cat named Elisabeta Polihroniade, named after the famous Romanian chess master. Among the shelter dogs, Boston holds a special place in her heart, alongside Benny, Moritz, and Wolf. She was deeply moved by Boston’s journey; though he arrived terrified, she eventually earned his trust through patience. Seeing him depart for a new life in Germany was a moment of immense pride. For Ema, every small sign of progress is a giant step toward a better future for these animals.
