Petru

Petru has been working at the shelter since February 2023. He has three dogs: Stalinsca, Bela, and Romulus. Niomi, a shy girl, and Perry, a kitten he rescued from under his car and was later adopted, both hold special places in his heart. His most memorable experience was Fridie’s rescue, a dog found tied up and nearly lifeless, whom the team successfully brought to safety. Petru particularly enjoys educational outreach in schools, where he speaks to children about responsibility and compassion for animals.
